I purchased a Magellan product and was supposed to get a AAA discount of 50% on the purchase. I only got a 15% discount. I have since called them 5 times to resolve this and to get my money back. Their system has listed it as "closed" even though I have not received my money refund. I contacted my bank and it has not gone through. It is a very difficult system to navigate and their CSRs are unhelpful and uneducated in their computer systems. Think twice before making a Magellan purchase.
