Short Selling my property before allowing the banks to foreclose was the best situation for me.

My experience with Timo and the 310 Properties was excellent. He explain to me the short sale process and he or his assistant was there for every step in completing my short sale. If i hear of anybody thinking of doing a short sale i will recommend Timo and 310 Properties.
