TERRIBLE COMPANY = Affordable Quality Lighting

I ordered 5 exterior goose neck lights. When I received and installed the lights, they filled with water immediately. Completely inappropriate for exterior lighting. I can't get a refund. They keep sending me the same auto reply when I ask about a refund.
Do not use them!
