A1 is the kind of place where they'd rather keep a loyal customer base than make a quick buck by selling you things you don't need or overcharging you for parts. I've been going there for several years now and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. I don't know anything about cars, so I'm at the mercy of my mechanic. Tony always steers me away from spending money on things that aren't necessary while at the same time maintaining my car with quality parts. I've put 120,000 miles on my Honda Civic, and Tony and Richard have kept it running smoothly the whole time. It's a huge relief to be able to put my car in the hands of people I trust.
